Learn More About Our Guacamole Business

The company was founded by Myriam Lopez-Murguia who is originally from Monterrey, NL in Mexico. When she arrived in the US, she saw the lack of freshly made food at events like festivals, fairs and farmers markets. That's when We Guac Your World started. She started selling Guacamole, Pico de Gallo and Salsa Verde when she founded the company in 2012. Eventually customers demanded for more fresh and healthy options.  Three years later, she expanded the menu with cactus salad, avocado salsa, baked tostadas, and lime pie.

Locally Sourced

We are proud to say that we use locally grown products when in season. We buy ingredients such as tomatoes, cilantro, onions and peppers from local farmers. We make the food preparation the day before the market opens in a certified kitchen, so it is fresh for you! 

Our Mission

At We Guac Your World, we believe that eating healthy is living healthy. That's why we don't use any preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors. Eating fresh is better than processed. That is why we chop our vegetables one day before the farmers markets. Then, we finish the preparation at the markets in front of your eyes! Using fresh ingredients is key to a great flavor. Taste for yourself!
