(Choose up to 3 options between the following)
 
Picadillo Hard Shell Tacos
Ground beef with potatoes, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese
 
Steak Tacos
Soft corn tortilla with steak, bacon, onions, green peppers
 
Pastor Tortas
Bolillo (Mexican bun) with pork sautéed in pineapple, cheese, onions and cilantro
 
Chicken Quesadillas
Soft flour tortillas with cheese and chicken
 
Tuna & Cactus Salad (vegetarian)
Tuna, cactus, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, pepper, and a little mayo & mustard

FOOD TRUCK SERVICES

Food Truck Services: How It Works

 

 

What is included:

  • Serving time of 1.5 to 2 hours (longer if needed upon agreement)

  • Arrival 2 hours before the event to set up

  • Departure 1 hour after the last serving

  • All disposables to serve and to eat

  • A TV to display any information, slides, pictures, music regarding the event

 

What is not included:

  • Travel and service fees depend on the travel distance from the fishers downtown to the destination and the number of people serving. Between $100 - $200 per event

  • F&B taxes

 

Your options:

  • Tents with our logo and tables with plastic tablecloths are available for rent to provide shade and for guests to sit on their food and beverage. $50 per tent with table

  • We Guac Your World donates all the tips received to a Non-profit organization every year. We pay salaries not based on tips to our staff. That way tipping is optional for our customers. St Jude Children’s Hospital is the chosen organization for 2024 and 2025

 

How to book:

  • Send a text to 317-496-7061 to inquire about the availability of the day of your event, for how many guests, and location.

  • Include an email address and you will receive a quote within the next 24 hours

  • Book your event with us by paying 50% of the total contract via credit card, sign the quote

  • The total payment is due at the end of the event 

  • If life happens, cancellations are accepted within

    • 30 days of the event with a refund of 90% of the 50% deposit (For administrative and credit card charges)

    • 10 days of the event with a refund of 50% of the 50% deposit (For administrative and credit charges, some food may have been purchased and staff hired)

    • Less than 10 days of the event no refund of the 50% deposit (At this point, all food has been purchased in advance and staff hired)
